History MOTIVA

Motiva Consulting LTD was born in the year 2002, created by 10 partners specialized in IT consulting services delivery.

Our professional experience in this sector was essential to rely on the preparation, the trust and the determination necessary to start the process.

Although at first Motiva might have seemed like a company caught up in the maelstrom of a complicated market, our business model based on human values allowed a personal effort to become a reference company for many of our clients. Our first objective was met.

From the beginning, the trust that these clients gave us was key to quickly develop a solid position on the market carrying out strategic projects that used to be for large consulting firms only.

Currently Motiva Consulting is no longer considered a small company but rather a specialized company. Achieving this difference has been one of our main goals.

Once this initial objective was met, our clients’ trust in our work, the personal and professional skills of our team and the management’s commitment with the project have allowed us to have a wider scope than before.

As an Oracle Gold Partner, Motiva Consulting have constantly received Oracle Certifications since its creation, which assures a deep knowledge of the product and the expertise in different solutions.
