Atresmedia has initiated modernizing its human resources processes to adapt to the growing needs of its workforce, optimize its processes, and enhance talent management. A key challenge for the organization was the presence of multiple disconnected systems and tools for different HR functions, which difficulties in obtaining a unified view of employees.
To address this issue, Atresmedia decided to consolidate all processes into a single people management solution. This new solution would centralize employee data management, goals and performance management, recruitment, talent development, and other key processes, offering a global and strategic view aligned with corporate goals.
Business Challenges
The main goal was to centralize employee’s management in a Core HR System. Atresmedia had different applications for different purposes and what they wanted to achieve was to have a hire to retire experience from the employee point of view on one single application, saving money and time on the worklife of the employee.
They wanted also to remove dependencies they have for ad-hoc solutions which were difficult and expensive to maintain and to keep up to date.
The implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud aims to achieve several key goals:
System Unification. The primary goal is to migrate from multiple disconnected systems to a single solution that centrally manages all people management processes, ensuring consistency and greater accuracy of information.
Operational Efficiency. Centralizing and automating routine tasks would free the HR team from administrative work, allowing them to focus on more strategic tasks and increasing overall efficiency.
Talent Management Optimization. Oracle HCM Cloud would enable more effective identification, development, and retention of talent through advanced performance evaluation and professional development tools.
Improved Employee Experience. Atresmedia aims to offer its employees a smoother and more satisfying experience throughout their employment cycle, from recruitment to ongoing development and continuous learning.
Scalability and Future-readiness. The solution needed to be flexible and scalable, capable of adapting to the organization’s future needs and facilitating the incorporation of new modules or processes.
Atresmedia has selected Oracle HCM Cloud as the technological solution to digitally transform its people’s management. This cloud-based solution has centralized employee data management and automated numerous key processes, improving employee experience and enabling data-driven strategic decision-making. Optimized Recruitment and Onboarding: Hiring time has been reduced due to the automation of the recruitment process. Additionally, the digitized Onboarding process has improved the new employees’ experience, resulting in faster and more effective integration.
Preparation for Continuous Learning: The ongoing implementation of the Learning module will enable Atresmedia to prepare its employees for future challenges through personalized training programs aligned with long-term strategies.
